5. No Find – No Fee Policy
Our “No Find – No Fee” policy applies under the following conditions:

• Applicable only to internal hot and cold pipe leaks (excludes central heating and incoming mains leaks).

• Not valid for damp or water damage resulting from construction or structural defects.

• Not applicable if no plumbing-related leaks are found.

• Leak detection is limited to a single 8-hour working day.

• Applies solely to domestic properties with a maximum of one kitchen and up to three bathrooms (including WC/cloakroom, en-suite, etc.).

• A leak is deemed successfully detected when narrowed down to a specific room or an area of approximately 5m x 5m.

• Additional charges may apply for multiple leaks or if a return visit is necessary.

• Leak access and repair works are not included and are charged separately.

• The “No Fee” policy only applies when all of the above conditions are met.

6. Limitation of Liability
While we aim to deliver accurate and efficient Services, leakfinders.uk shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

• Any damages resulting from unauthorised access to, or use of, your data.
