Quick(next day)response and survey revealed leak. Appointment made for repairs. Engineer Brad had excellent and reassuring manner and extremely helpful with advice and explanations. I happily endorse the company.

Very quick intervention, great service.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough for their work to resolve a leak in my flat. Brad responded immediately to my query despite this occurring after hours, and went above and beyond to accommodate an appointment as late as possible in the day to reduce the time I needed to take off work, as well as being very reassuring. The other Brad arrived exactly on time for the appointment, took the time to explain every step of the process, and was very respectful and thorough. He located the issue and fixed it quickly, and was extremely kind when we realised I had caused the leak with a silly mistake! I would book them again in a heartbeat for any future issues. They've joined Bradley Cooper & Bradley Mcintosh (S Club 7) in my top 5 Bradleys. Jokes aside, they were brilliant and I am really grateful for their work!

Efficient, explaining what they’re doing and why along the way. Our leak came from an area with no plumbing adding complexity to finding the source but Brad did so within the initial 4hr timeframe, delivering a report that afternoon.

Jonathon came today to fix a leak in the house. We had no idea where it was, it turned out it was at the back of kitchen cupboards near the wall. He had to completely dismantle the cupboards to reach the leak but he was so professional from start to finish. He managed to put the cupboards back although it was very tricky, I would recommend this company 100%

Jonathon came in and done what others before him couldn’t do by identifying the leak straight away. He identified the problem and checked it thoroughly. He was very efficient and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough

I really cannot begin to recommend this team enough! Their service from end to end has been exceptional. I reached out to LeaksFinder very late on Sunday night and received a call shortly after 8am on Monday morning for more details. By 3pm my leak had been traced AND completely repaired! All done in the most professional and least intrusive manner, whilst carrying me along each step of the way. I am beyond pleased.

Jonathan was punctual before the time and swiftly moved into action without taking a break. He was helpful explaining every process to us and within 2.5 hours was able to detect the leak from the Boiler and not from the pipes. He talks customers through what he does. At least leak found on the boiler which we will need to replace. Amazing job, amazing company.

Wish I had tried these guys first. Seriously impressed with customer service, knowledge and persistence to actually get to the root of the what was initially thought to be and underfloor leak problem and find it and get it resolved. Others had palmed me off. Would highly recommend for leak detection, esp. Anything causing boiler pressure drop faults.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Jonathan quickly detected the leak and then went on to fix it, working quickly and cleanly. He was very respectful, friendly and professional. A real credit to The Leak Finder. I honestly can’t praise him highly enough. He explained everything that was happening, was punctual and polite and did a fantastic job. I am extremely impressed!
